Trista is a knowledgeable and well rounded realtor. We had some unforeseen difficulties selling my property where we had to take of the market and repost later but she stuck by me the whole time handling all aspects. I highly recommend her if you want a realtor that can and will do it all! Trista went way beyond her obligation to represent our house for sale. She knows her market quirks and was very helpful finding local help that is always needed for final touch up after the home inspection. The little things matter and Trista is there when you need her to be. It was a pleasure to work with her on our sale.

Trista put our house on the market in September and had it sold and finalized in December... weeks before Christmas! Less than 4 months!! Trista is energetic, eager, pleasant to work with and knows her stuff. We would recommend Trista, if you want it sold!
